Probably, Base is more higher priced than other competitors in the category, but it definitely has one good feature worth paying for: Call recording and Geolocation. In whole, the tools performs well so far as the ‘basic’ CRM menu is concerned. Yet, it lags behind other participants when it comes to Reporting, Pipeline Management and Document handling.
