Summary: While not the most powerful, SurveyGizmo is the best all-rounder in the category, and can scale well to businesses at any size. Its reporting, question options, customization, and analytics are all on par with much more expensive programs, while still keeping an intuitive and easy interface.

SurveyGizmo is the Surveys Category runner-up and probably ‘Best all rounder’. We specifically liked its Logic threading, Unlimited Responses option, Actions & Notifications as well as off-line survey option. Simply great!
Pricing is OK, and 20% annual discount applies, which is nice too.
Now, the tool is definitely not an Integration Champion, which is totally OK with this category. It will integrate with 5 out of 50 software analysed — 10% integration score.
