Formstack’s Pro plan is much more expensive but the analysis features are much more advanced, the Basic plan is more than enough for most businesses.

Both programs have great features, and lots of them, but while SurveyGizmo is a great all-rounder Formstack wins on security, split testing, and advanced reporting and analysis. Formstack also allows direct embedding into your website. SurveyGizmo does allow you to pay for responders of a specific demographic.
