Well, you can’t really beat free for pricing. SurveyGizmo has a Basic, Pro, and Premier plan, but the Basic should be enough for most small-medium businesses, companies with lots of data to analyze should choose the Premier plan.

Google Forms has some great features available for a free program, but the advanced ones really need some scripting experience to set up. SurveyGizmo is clearer and more intuitive, as well as containing some extra features not available in Google Forms. SurveyGizmo might not be the best at every feature, but it contains more than enough for almost any business.

You can access the Google Forms API yourself for custom development, but you can only integrate with other Google Aps or with other programs through Zapier. SurveyGizmo integrates with Zapier, but also ExactTarget and Salesforce.

Google Forms currently does not support more than one language being displayed in you forms, though there are third-party apps that can be added as a workaround. SurveyGizmo supports translation of up to 200 different languages and is easy to set up, however you must supply the translated text yourself.
